Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil and your choice of spices.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the wraps by laying down lettuce and sliced tomatoes on the tortilla.
  6. Once the chicken is done, slice it and add it to the wraps.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  8. Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
