- 1 package of pizza roll dough
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni (or your favorite filling)
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce (for dipping)
- Cooking spray or olive oil
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Take a piece of pizza roll dough, add a small amount of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, then fold and seal the edges.
- Lightly spray or brush the pizza rolls with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking during cooking. Experiment with different fillings like vegetables or sausage.
