- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis into fries.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.
- Dip each zucchini fry in the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
Notes
Store leftover zucchini fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
