Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, cooking until thickened.
  3. Heat corn tortillas in another pan until warm.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Top with enchilada sauce as desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use lean ground beef to cut extra fat. Warm tortillas on a dry pan for 20–30 seconds per side. Serve enchilada sauce on the side to keep tacos crisp.
