Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ¼ cup enchilada sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, cooking until thickened.
- Heat corn tortillas in another pan until warm.
- Assemble tacos by placing a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Top with enchilada sauce as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use lean ground beef to cut extra fat. Warm tortillas on a dry pan for 20–30 seconds per side. Serve enchilada sauce on the side to keep tacos crisp.
