Ingredients
Scale
- 5.3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Heaping)
- 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel. Cut between the joints to separate flats and drumettes, discarding the wing tip.
- In a large bowl, add chicken wings, olive oil, and all the seasonings. Mix to coat wings thoroughly.
- Transfer chicken onto a baking rack set on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake for 25 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
- Toss wings in the Buffalo sauce and place back on the baking rack. Return to the turned-off oven for 5 minutes to let the sauce set.
Notes
Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip. These wings also work well in sandwiches or salads with leftovers.
