Ingredients

  • 5.3 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Heaping)
  • 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel. Cut between the joints to separate flats and drumettes, discarding the wing tip.
  3. In a large bowl, add chicken wings, olive oil, and all the seasonings. Mix to coat wings thoroughly.
  4. Transfer chicken onto a baking rack set on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake for 25 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
  5. Toss wings in the Buffalo sauce and place back on the baking rack. Return to the turned-off oven for 5 minutes to let the sauce set.

Notes

Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip. These wings also work well in sandwiches or salads with leftovers.
