Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are coated.
- Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Press the topping firmly onto the salmon for a better crust. Adding herbs or spices can enhance flavor.
