- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce and serve it over the cooked angel hair pasta.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add cornstarch mixed with water before serving. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
