Creamy, easy, and packed with flavor, this Crock Pot Ranch Chicken is a dump-and-go slow cooker favorite made with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

23 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crock Pot.

2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

3. Top with cubed cream cheese.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

5. Shred chicken with two forks and mix everything until creamy.

6. Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon bits, if using. Let melt for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. Use dairy-free alternatives if needed.
