- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet of gravy mix
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced onions and herbs
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add salt, pepper, and any optional ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours), until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder to the gravy mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
