  • Total Time: 5 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)

23 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place chicken into the crockpot.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and coat evenly.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

5. Once cooked, shred or slice chicken and stir back into the sauce.

6. (Optional) To thicken, remove lid for the last 20 minutes or stir in a cornstarch slurry.

7. Serve over rice, potatoes, or in sandwiches.

Notes

For a creamier version, stir in 1/4 cup sour cream at the end.

Use boneless chicken thighs for extra juicy results.

Add veggies like carrots or green beans for a full one-pot meal.
