- 2 cups of cheese (cheddar or Velveeta)
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 pound of sausage or ground beef, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the cheese, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, jalapeño, and cooked sausage or ground beef.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
Notes
For a smooth dip, use Velveeta; for more flavor, use cheddar. Keep stirring every 20-30 minutes while it’s cooking.
