A quick and easy lasagna recipe made in a slow cooker using frozen cheese ravioli, ideal for busy days.

  • Total Time: 315 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, draining excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Grease your slow cooker and spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit ground beef and use more vegetables. Consider adding ricotta cheese for creaminess.
