- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped dill, Greek yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
- Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve as a refreshing side dish.
