- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat the milk until just below boiling.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while whisking continuously to temper the eggs.
- Pour the custard mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a water bath for 30-40 minutes, or until the custard is set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding chocolate or caramel sauce. Almond milk can be used as a substitute for regular milk.
