Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh dill.

Notes
