- 1 package gnocchi
- 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh dill.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding cherry tomatoes or spinach, and use half and half for a lighter version.
