Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Toss chopped strawberries with a tablespoon of flour to prevent sinking.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients gently until just combined. Fold in the strawberries.
