- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or taco dressing
- Optional toppings: olives, jalapeños, or avocado
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Add the Doritos and toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle with dressing and mix until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
Best served fresh to maintain the crunch of the Doritos. Leftovers should be stored in the fridge with the Doritos kept separate.
