- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon oil (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss the chicken wings in a large bowl with a little oil to coat.
- Add the spice blend and mix until the wings are evenly coated.
- For baking, arrange the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For air frying, cook the wings for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Cook until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
