  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
