- 1 pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of half the vanilla pudding over the cake.
- Layer half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding.
- Add half of the mixed berries over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, whipped cream, and berries.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
