Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the cheese, vegetables, and meats in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring the fillings are evenly coated.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
