- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) for coating
- Crackers or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded carrots, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
- Roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
Customize with herbs or spices as per your taste. It can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
