A deliciously cheesy and garlicky side made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfect for pasta, soups, or as a snack.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Butter
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the rolls.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Adjust the amount of cheese to your liking; more cheese means extra gooeyness. Try adding red pepper flakes for some heat.
