Ingredients
Mini naan or English muffins
1 cup pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup black olives, sliced
Pepperoni slices
Bell peppers, sliced
String cheese
Optional: mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red onion
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Lay out mini pizza bases on the sheet.
3. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each base.
4. Add shredded cheese or string cheese strips depending on the design.
5. Decorate with toppings: olives, peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms.
6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melty and golden.
7. Cool slightly, serve warm and enjoy!

Get creative with your toppings; there’s no wrong way to decorate.
Great for making ahead and reheating later.
