- 1 cup peanut butter (natural or regular)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey (or syrup) until well mixed.
- If desired, add mini chocolate chips, salt, and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into muffin liners or molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled or slightly warmed in the microwave for a few seconds.
Notes
These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
