- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on each rectangle and top with cranberry sauce and chopped nuts.
- Roll each rectangle up tightly and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Can be frozen before baking for up to a month.
