Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Layer roast beef and caramelized onions on the slider buns.
- If desired, add cheese on top of the beef.
- Place the sliders on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until the buns are golden.
- Serve sliders warm with au jus on the side for dipping.
