Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the cooked beef mixture onto the dough and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough around the filling and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

Cool the rollups before storing. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F.
