- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cooked beef mixture onto the dough and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll up the dough around the filling and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
Cool the rollups before storing. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F.
