Ingredients
• 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 8 oz penne pasta
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook penne pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
2. Heat oil in a skillet. Sear steak cubes on all sides until browned.
3. Add butter and garlic. Toss steak until coated and garlic is golden.
4. Remove steak from pan. In same skillet, pour in cream.
5. Add Cajun seasoning and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
6. Add pasta and reserved water to loosen sauce. Mix well.
7. Return steak bites to skillet. Toss gently to coat in sauce.
8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Cajun spice.
Notes
• Use sirloin or flank steak for best results. • Adjust Cajun seasoning to heat preference. • Pair with a light salad or sweet dessert.
