Ingredients
1.5 to 2 pounds turkey tenderloin
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh rosemary or thyme, as desired
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic; cook 1 minute.
3. Place turkey in a baking dish; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Pour garlic butter over turkey and add herbs.
5. Roast uncovered for 35–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
6. Baste halfway through cooking for extra moisture.
7. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Air fryer method: Cook at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Substitute fresh garlic with 1 tsp garlic powder if needed.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
