Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
2. Stir in shredded cheddar and let the mixture cool slightly.
3. Flatten biscuit rounds to 4-inch circles. Add 1–2 tbsp of the beef-cheese mix to each center.
4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
5. Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over each bomb. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
6. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Add chopped pickles, mustard, or BBQ sauce to the filling for extra flavor.
Swap beef for plant-based ground for a vegetarian version.
Great for freezing: bake, cool, freeze, and reheat at 350°F for 10 minutes.
