- 1 lb juicy steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 cups fresh mixed greens
- 1 cup roasted corn
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, roasted corn, and crumbled gorgonzola.
- Slice the grilled steak and add it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the steak gently and keep salad ingredients separate until serving.
