Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup cream or milk
  • Microgreens for garnish
  • 1 lemon, halved and charred

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the sea bass fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the sea bass for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and grill marks appear.
