Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the peppers are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a filling for tacos.

Notes
