- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups leftover ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham and Swiss cheese over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the ham and cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for the best results.
