Quick and delicious Hawaiian Roll Sliders made with leftover ham and gooey Swiss cheese, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups leftover ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham and Swiss cheese over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the ham and cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for the best results.
