- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Mixed greens or crunchy veggies, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, cottage cheese, grapes, celery, and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Serve over greens, in a wrap, or as a sandwich.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Can be served cold or warmed in the microwave.
