  • 1 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, Rotel, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well to combine.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
