A tasty and healthy alternative to fried chicken tenders, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect for a quick dinner or family meal.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Adjust spices according to your taste.
