- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for an hour before cooking. Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey and add extra garlic if desired.
