- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the salmon pieces in the marinade and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the salmon bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nicely caramelized and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a different protein option, consider substituting salmon with chicken breast. Add sesame oil or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
