- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
- Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the salad to mix the ingredients.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
For best texture, eat within one day. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Separate dressing until just before serving.
