Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Consider drizzling a bit of extra garlic butter on top before serving for added flavor.
