- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the meat, stirring to combine.
- Mix in half of the shredded cheese.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Great served with a side salad or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
