Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the meat, stirring to combine.
  5. Mix in half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and cheese mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve hot, topped with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
