- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

For a fun twist, serve in lettuce wraps. This dish pairs well with cucumber salad or steamed broccoli.
