Ingredients
- Tortellini pasta (fresh or frozen)
- Heavy cream
- Garlic (minced)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted (if using fresh) or heated through (if using frozen).
- Toss in the cooked tortellini, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
