Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: paprika for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a greased baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F.
6. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Sub Greek yogurt for mayo for a lighter version.
Top with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Pairs great with fresh salad or mashed potatoes.
