Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bread slices into heart shapes.
- Butter one side of each heart-shaped bread slice.
- Place a slice of cheese between two bread slices, buttered side out.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with a side of tomato soup for dipping.
