- Egg roll wrappers
- Jalapenos, diced
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper according to package instructions to seal the filling inside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm as appetizers or party snacks.
Notes
Make sure to chop the jalapenos finely and don’t overcrowd the pan when frying for even cooking.
