Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: extra shredded coconut, chopped pecans, or melted chocolate for coating
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, coconut, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla, and salt.
2. Stir until evenly mixed, then fold in chocolate chips.
3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
4. Using a spoon or small scoop, roll into 1-inch balls.
5. Optional: roll in extra coconut or drizzle with melted chocolate.
6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Chill time makes rolling easier.
Use cookie crumbs instead of graham for flavor variation.
