Ingredients

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups water or broth
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 8–10 oz broccoli, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee (optional)
Instructions
- Bring whole milk and water/broth to a boil, then add pasta. Reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, until pasta and broccoli are cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese, yogurt, and optional butter/ghee until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use broth instead of water for richer flavor. Stir often to prevent sticking and add cheese off heat to avoid graininess.
