  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large Egg (optional, for binding)
  • 1 cup Cheese (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the cabbage slices with olive oil on both sides and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and the egg, if using. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  5. Scoop a portion of the meat mixture and form it into patties. Place each patty on top of the cabbage slices.
